Packaging system equipped with a dual-channel vibrating scale. The main channel is used for roughing, i.e., quickly weighing a large quantity of product. As the set weight is reached, the larger channel is blocked, allowing the smaller channel to take effect. The smaller channel is used for finishing, i.e., to achieve a weight as close as possible to the preset value. It then releases the product in small doses.

The PLC allows the operator to set the line parameters, including the weight of the bag. Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) can be added to the packaging.
