Thermal transfer printer

The thermal transfer printer installed on the vertical packaging machine is an ideal solution for overprinting variable data on plastic packaging film.

Printing occurs directly on the wrapping film while the product is being packaged and the bag is sealed. Coding is managed by an electronic unit with a color touchscreen display that allows the text being printed to be viewed.
It is primarily used for encoding text, barcodes, variable logos, and production batches with extreme flexibility, high quality, and print speed. Simple texts are entered directly via the on-board keyboard, while more complex texts are created using management software running on an external PC.
The thermal transfer printer is available in various models depending on printing needs. The print area is chosen by the customer based on their needs and the size of the bag.
The software used on the printer interfaces with all major label creation programs, and the ink ribbon is replaceable (we keep a stock of it in stock so we can always provide you with a replacement).
