HANDLING SYSTEMS

Custom-built machinery  to automate the product bagging process. A piece orientation system orients and inspects the product for compliance. Each piece is then fed into the rotary robot, which picks up the bag with suction cups, opens it, inserts the product, and seals it. A printing system marks the bag with the expiration date and batch number. The finished bags are then scanned by a compliance photocell and dropped into the container.
