This packaging line forms small envelopes, proportionate to the very small and thin product (nails in this case). Each package is perfectly sealed and contains the exact amount of product desired (set via PLC). The counting unit counts each nail and checks the conformity of the piece by means of a photocell. At the end of the line there is a conveyor belt for the finished sachets.
