VIBRATING WEIGHER

The vibrating scale features a tunnel loading system with vibration, which allows the product to advance toward the weighing cell and then fall into it.

This dosing system automatically calculates the product to be bagged, weighing it inside the dedicated cell. Two main types of vibrating channel scales are typically used: two-channel and four-channel. The roughing channel (or channels) drops a large portion of the product into the cell, while the finishing channel is activated to reach the precise weight. The weight is set via the operator’s PLC. The finishing tunnel drops a very small amount of product, a little at a time, and once the desired weight is reached, the cell opens and drops the weighed product into the packaging machine. The packaging machine then creates and seals the bag. The more channels there are, the higher the productivity.
